1. Introduction

Marfina ("we", "our" or "the company") operates the Presupuesto Fácil mobile application (hereinafter, "the Application"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Application and the choices you have associated with that data.

By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information

Presupuesto Fácil works offline, and all the information you enter —clients, quotes, products and your business details— is stored only on your device. That information is not sent to our servers or to those of any third party, and we have no way of accessing it.

The Application does use Google services to show advertising, measure app usage and detect errors. Those services collect technical and usage data, never the content of your quotes or your clients' data. Details are in section 4.

2.2 Usage Data

The Application may collect the following data, which is stored only on your device:

  • Client information (names, addresses, phone numbers)
  • Details of materials and labor costs
  • History of generated quotes
  • App configuration preferences (currency, taxes, business details)
  • Logos or images uploaded for reports

2.3 Technical and Usage Data

Through the Google services described in section 4, the following are collected automatically:

  • Device advertising ID, model, operating system version and language
  • App usage events: screens visited and actions completed (for example, that a quote was created or exported)
  • Configured country and currency, to understand in which markets the app is used
  • Crash reports: where in the code the app failed, with the device model and system version

This data does not include amounts, client names, tax IDs (RUC) or any content of your quotes. We measure that an action happened, not the data in that action.

3. Use of Information

All information stored in the Application is used exclusively to:

  • Generate professional quotes and estimates
  • Manage your database of clients and materials
  • Calculate totals, taxes and profit margins
  • Customize the generated PDF documents with your brand
  • Keep a history of completed and pending jobs

Important: your quotes, clients, products and business details are not transmitted outside your device. We do not share, sell or transfer them to third parties, not even to the services described in section 4.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates the following Google services. Each one collects its own information, subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

4.1 Google AdMob (advertising)

We show an optional ad before a quote is exported. It is truly optional: if none is available, or if you close it, the document is generated anyway. AdMob uses the device's advertising ID to show ads and measure their performance. You can read how Google uses information from ads and reset or delete that ID from your Android device's privacy settings.

4.2 Firebase Analytics (app usage)

It records which features are used, so we know what to improve: for example, how many people get as far as exporting their first quote, or whether the initial setup is confusing. Events indicate that an action happened and in which currency or country, never its content.

4.3 Firebase Crashlytics (errors)

When the Application crashes, it sends a technical report with the point in the code where the error occurred, the device model and the system version. This is used to fix it in the next version. It does not include data about your clients or your quotes.

These services only run when the device is online. Offline, the Application keeps all its functionality: creating quotes, exporting them to PDF or Excel and recording payments.

5. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using secure local databases. The data remains on your device until:

  • You manually delete the data from the Application's settings
  • You uninstall the Application
  • You clear the app's data from your device settings

We do not make automatic cloud backups. It is your responsibility to back up your quotes by exporting them to PDF.

6. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. Since all data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device's security measures (screen lock, device encryption, etc.).

We recommend that you:

  • Keep your device protected with a password or biometrics
  • Keep your device's operating system up to date
  • Not share your device with unauthorized people, to protect your clients' information

7. Application Permissions

Presupuesto Fácil may request the following permissions:

  • Storage: to save the generated quotes (PDF and Excel) on your device and to read the images (logos) you choose to include in your documents.
  • Internet: to show ads and send the crash and usage reports described in section 4. The Application works offline.
  • Advertising ID: used by AdMob to show ads. You can reset or delete it from your device settings.

These permissions are used only for the functionality described, and no other data on your device is accessed. The Application does not request access to contacts, location, camera, microphone or calendar.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "last updated" date.
